Hello and thank you for inquiring about the facilities available for rent at the Yolo County Fair. We host numerous events throughout the year. We offer both indoor and outdoor facilities. Inside you will find different areas available to you

A deposit of $500.00 is due at time of renting the building (of that $250.00 is a non refundable processing fee upon cancelation). If the event is canceled less than 4 months (120 days) prior to the event date, the entire deposit is forfeited.

    • The rental of the building includes the use of the kitchen, tables, chairs, garbage cans.
    • No alcohol is allowed at religious or birthday events for persons under 21 years of age.
    • Security is required for all events
    • All events will cease at midnight.
    • Special Event Liability Insurance is purchased through the Associations at a nominal fee.
