The Yolo County Fair will be here before we know it. Time “Mooves” quickly.

The Yolo County Fair is the largest and oldest free gate fair in California. It maintains this because of the hundreds of volunteers, county and community support and sponsorship. We hope that you will be a part of helping maintain this status. Providing monetary and “in-kind” sponsorships along with participating in the planning process and implementing the fair this August will not only provide you with marketing and recognition opportunities, but will also give you the opportunity to be involved in a positive community event.

Last year’s Truck and Tractor pull was such a success that we will be bringing it back again on Thursday night. Friday night and Saturday night we will be having the Demolition Derby. Get your tickets in advance because Saturday sells out quickly. There are many other events throughout the fair so come see what’s new.

We hope to also see all our sponsors at our Gala event opening night. There is always plenty of Yolo County food and wine for our guests.

Your help is needed and appreciated. We’ll also be happy to work with you on sponsorships designed specifically for your needs.

Sponsorship Levels

2017 Yolo County Fair Partner and Sponsorship Packets

Fair Partner –

$10,000 – $15,000

  • Name a building or area after your company. Signage on a metal awning over the door or in the area for 1 year.
  • Signage on the Fairgrounds fence (Gibson Rd. or East Street) for 1 year.
  • Plus $5,000 package
  • Name on the Yolo County Fair Sign for 1 Year

Sponsor – $5,000

  • 3 – 4’x8’ banners. One banner to be hung in the arena area, one to be hung at the Entertainment area, and the third banner hung on the fairgrounds fence (Gibson Rd. or East Street).
  • 15 Tickets total to the Truck & Tractor Pull Acknowledgement on main Sponsorship signage throughout the fairgrounds and on the PA system during the Fair
  • Recognition on fair web site and in local media
  • Parking Passes (10)
  • Fair Goodie Bag
  • Name on the Yolo County Fair Sign

Sponsor – $3,000 - $4,000

  • 2 – 4’x8’ banners; 1 to be hung in center mall area, 2nd to be hung on fairgrounds fence.
  • 12 Tickets total to the Truck & Tractor Pull
  • Acknowledgement on Sponsorship signage throughout the fairgrounds and on the PA system during the Fair
  • Recognition on fair web site and in local media
  • Parking Passes (5)
  • Fair Goodie Bag
  • Name on the Yolo County Fair Sign

Sponsor- $2,000

  • 2 – 4’x6’ banners located in a recognizable space around the fairgrounds.
  • 10 Tickets total to the Truck & Tractor Pull
  • Acknowledgement on Sponsorship signage throughout the Fairgrounds and on the PA system during the Fair
  • Recognition on the fair web site and in local media
  • Parking Passes (5)
  • Name on the Yolo County Fair Sign

Sponsor- $1,000

  • 2 – 2’x6’ banners to be located in a recognizable space on the fairgrounds.
  • 8 Tickets to the Truck & Tractor Pull

  • 1 – 2’x6’ banners to be located in a recognizable space on the fairgrounds.

Sponsor - $100 - 499

  • Recognition on fair web site, sponsorship signage on site, announcement over PA system during Fair, and in local media

  • 1 Parking Pass

SIGNAGE:

Banners will need to be in the Fair Office by August 1, and you can pick them up after the Fair or they will stay with us until the following year.

A list of Fair sponsors is also created and posted on our web site for a year and we will also post a list of our sponsors on our social media sites.

We appreciate your support and look forward to your continued involvement in the Yolo County Fair.

Important:

  • It is important that we receive your sponsorship form, payment, logo, and signage instructions by

July 30. Any Sponsorship coming in by June 1, 2017 will go up on the signage on the first of June and stay up until September 1, 2017, all others coming after June 1st will go up within 72 hours of payment.
