The Yolo County Fair will be here before we know it. Support our fair!

Here at the Yolo County Fair, we value our community and appreciate the support that is received every year. With being the longest free gate fair and many visitors in attendance, we guarantee our sponsors marketing and recognition opportunities for the week of fair as well as year-round.


As a sponsor, you are given the chance to become apart of the biggest family-friendly summer event that Yolo County has to offer. With 6 sponsor levels to choose from, there are opportunities for any type of business.

From digital advertising and PA announcements to fair events ticket perks, the Yolo County Fair is proud to tend to their sponsors and work with their specific needs. As your help is needed and greatly appreciated, we hope that you consider becoming a 2024 Yolo County Fair Sponsor.

Community All-Star Partner - $15,000

  • Name a building or area after your company. Signage on a metal awning over the door or in the area for 1 year.
  • Recognition as Daily Sponsor of the Fair (max 5 spots available)
  • 1 booth provided during Fair on 1 day of choice near front gates
  • 3 – 4’x8’ banners. Banner’s to be hung on the inside gate of the Derby on each side. The third banner hung on the fairgrounds fence (Gibson Rd. or East Street)
  • 10 tickets to the Bounty of the County Gala
  • 10 tickets to the Derby
  • Acknowledgement on main Sponsorship signage throughout the fairgrounds and on the PA system during the Fair
  • Recognition on fair web site and in local media
  • 10 Weekly parking passes during the Fair
It is important that we receive your sponsorship form, payment, logo, and signage instructions by July 31. Any Sponsorship coming in by June 1, 2024 will go up on the signage on the first of June and stay up until September 1, 2024, all others coming after June 1st will go up within 72 hours of payment and will also stay up until September 1, 2024. Sponsors to provide Banners to be hung.
