Commercial & Local Vendors

Welcome to the 2024 Yolo County Fair! We are thrilled to have you join us for what promises to be an unforgettable event filled with excitement, new experiences, and cherished memories.

As we gear up for this year's fair, we are excited to introduce a host of new and thrilling attractions and offerings. We have been diligently working to ensure that this year's fair is an unparalleled experience for both vendors and attendees alike.

One significant change we'd like to highlight is our revamped application process. This year, we have streamlined the process to offer a unified application for all indoor and outdoor vendor spaces. As part of this change, we will not be utilizing the Main Expo Hall for vendors as we have done in the past. Instead, we are excited to announce that the Ag Business Building will serve as the hub for all commercial vendors. Embracing an open-air market concept, booth spaces will be allocated in 12 x 12' ft dimensions, providing ample room for you to showcase your offerings and engage with fair attendees. Security will be provided outside of open hours.

Furthermore, we are delighted to introduce the use of the Plaza area, where enclosed spaces will be available. Located within the flower garden, this area offers a unique setting for vendors to set up their booths and interact with visitors in a serene and inviting ambiance.

We believe that these changes will enhance the overall fair experience, offering both vendors and attendees a dynamic and vibrant environment to connect, explore, and celebrate.

As you prepare for the annual fair, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or require assistance. We are here to ensure that your participation in the Yolo County Fair 2024 is nothing short of exceptional.

Once again, welcome to the 2024 Yolo County Fair! We look forward to partnering with you in making this year's fair a success.
