We are the longest running “free gate” fair in the state; since 1948. This gives our guests multiple opportunities to visit the fair and have fun. We have over 140,000 attendees, each year, enjoying exhibits, livestock competition, the carnival, home arts, plants/flowers, the arts, entertainment and children’s activities. We are also famous for our Saturday and Sunday Demolition Derbies.
Upon the approval of your application we will be requiring your full deposit within 10 business days to hold your space. When the deposit fee has been received we will forward the contract, fair’s instruction manual, insurance information, and map of booth location. The contract and supportive material need to be returned as soon as possible. If you would like to send in any reference information from previous fairs, festivals, etc., please feel free to do so.
Please note it is vital to our success as well as yours to have your booth manned and open during the entire time the fair and/or buildings are open. Failure to do so may result in your booth being shut down during the fair and/or not being allowed to participate in the following years fair.
This year we will be requiring an additional deposit for our Main Expo Building. If your booth is manned and open for the entire time the building is open, and it is verified at check out by our building staff then that additional deposit will be refunded back to you after the close of the fair.
Also, for this year, a majority of our contact with you prior to fair will be done electronically. So please make sure we have a good email and contact number. Vice versa if you do not have a good email then make sure you let us know on the application the best way for us to reach you.
